What we collect

The details you give us in an enquiry or on a call, such as your name, contact details, country of residence, organisation and what you’re looking for. If you go ahead with an introduction, we also collect the verification documents described on our How it works page.

How we use it

To reply to you, arrange calls, assess whether an introduction is suitable, carry out identity and source-of-funds checks, and make the introduction you ask for. We don’t sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Only with the provider you ask to be introduced to, and with service providers who help us run our business (such as email, website and calling services), under appropriate safeguards. We may also share information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it for the purposes above and to meet our legal obligations, and then we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Use our contact form or write to us at our registered office. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
